Conditions of Use

          Thailand Digital Work Permit (DWP) Application has been developed by Department of Employment, Thailand, is to provide a work permit holder access to his/her work permit license information. During working in Thailand, a permit holder shall comply with the following conditions:

1. A work permit holder shall carry the permit with himself/herself, or keep it at the place of work while working, ready at all times, for presenting to the competent official or the registrar. Any permit holder who violates or fails to comply with the foregoing shall be liable to a fine of not exceeding ten thousand Baht.

2. A work permit holder shall engage and perform works only in the particular type of work or job description, and with an employer in certain locality or place of work under stipulated conditions as permitted. Any permit holder who violates or fails to comply with the foregoing shall be liable to a fine of not exceeding twenty thousand Baht.

3. Prior to the expiration of the permit, the permit holder shall submit an application for the permit renewal to the registrar. Any work permit holder who violates or fails to comply with the foregoing and still continue engaging in the work performance as specified in the permit without permission shall be liable to imprisonment for a term of not exceeding five years or to a fine from two thousand Baht to one hundred thousand Baht, or to both.

4. In case where it appears that a permit holder violates or fails to comply with the conditions stated in the granted permission, the registrar shall have the power to revoke the work permit.

Security in the Storage of Personal Information We have built a storage system for Personal Information with the appropriate mechanisms and techniques including restricting access to your Personal Information from our staffs, employees, and agents in order to prevent unauthorized use, disclosure, destruction, or access to your Personal Information. However, we cannot guarantee that there will be no errors or defects which may arise from the compliance with such policy. Therefore, we reserve the right to deny any liability for any damage or loss incurred in any event.

5. Access and Update Your Personal Information You can always update your Personal Information and setting your information usage to be accurate, complete and up-to-date by logging in the Website with your username (User Identification: User ID) and password. Nevertheless, we reserve the right to consider and may refuse to adhere to the requests that pose a risk of violating another user's privacy, infringing another user’s private rights or confidentiality, or refuse to comply in the event that what you log into the website cannot be practiced in any case.
